Dallas Cabinet Company (DCC) guarantees our cabinets to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the purchase date, under normal use. This warranty is only for the original buyer and cannot be modified except by DCC.
If a defect occurs, DCC will choose to either repair or replace the faulty product. To make a warranty claim, keep your original purchase receipt and contact our customer service with details about the issue.

Hairline Cracks: It is not uncommon to see hairline cracks around joints and functional hardware, especially in painted cabinets. These cracks occur due to the natural expansion and contraction of wood in response to temperature fluctuations and humidity changes.
Additionally, any costs associated with the removal or reinstallation of countertops, appliances, plumbing fixtures, and related components due to damage or defects fall outside of warranty coverage. Because of these natural changes, if components are replaced, Dallas Cabinet Company cannot guarantee that the finish of the replacement parts will precisely match the finish and appearance of the original pieces. These inherent qualities of wood contribute to its beauty, but they also mean that each item can evolve differently over time.
Hardware Warranty Information
At Dallas Cabinet Company, we stand behind the quality of our hardware items, including door hinges and drawer slides. These items come with a MANUFACTURER’S LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY, ensuring they are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use.
Warranty Coverage
One-Year Replacement: If any hardware items prove to be defective within one year after initial installation, they will be replaced free of charge.
Lifetime Warranty: The manufacturer's warranty covers these items for their expected lifetime, provided they are used correctly.
Replacement Policy
Replacement hardware is subject to availability from our suppliers. After the one-year period, a service call fee will apply for the replacement or repair of any defective hardware items.
Changes and Limitations
Please note that we may change designs, styles, specifications, and materials as needed, to reflect developments and improvements. However, we are not obligated to incorporate these changes into products manufactured before such modifications.
DCC disclaims any responsibility for damages exceeding the purchase price of the hardware items.
